'Bren Rents' being developed for Fox Jamie Demetriou is working on an American remake of Stath Lets Flats. The show’s creator will be executive producer on the new version, which will be renamed Bren Rents. Comedian Joe Mande, a writer and producer on The Good Place who has a stand-up special on Netflix, will be adapting the scripts for the new project, which is in development for Fox Entertainment.
