CDC eviction moratorium struck down by judge Update: Thursday, May 6, 4:59 p.m. The CDC’s eviction moratorium, which was scheduled to remain in place until June 30, was struck down by a federal judge yesterday. The ruling has been put on hold until next week. Gov.
