PHOTO SOURCE: Stena Drilling Operator Tullow Oil (OTCMKTS: TUWOY) has commenced the Goliathberg Rothberg North-1 (GVN-1) exploration well in Block 47 offshore Suriname with the Stena Forth drillship, Ratio Petroleum (TLV: RTPT.L) reported Monday.
