புதுடெல்லி: பெகாசஸ் உளவு மென்பொருளைப் பயன்படுத்தி தமது கைபேசிகள் அனைத்தும் ஒட்டுக்கேட்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக காங்கிரஸ் எம்.பி. ராகுல் காந்தி தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
“பெகாசஸ் மென்பொருளை ஓர் ஆயுதமாக இஸ்ரேல் வகைப்படுத்தியுள்ள நிலையில், அதைப் பயங்கரவாதிகளுக்கு எதிராகத்தான் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும். ஆனால், பிரதமர் மோடியும் உள்துறை அமைச்சர் அமித் ஷாவும் அந்த மென்பொருளை இந்தியாவிற்கு எதிராக, இந்திய அமைப்புகளுக்கு எதிராக, ஜனநாயகத்திற்கு எதிராகப் பயன்படுத்தியுள்ளனர்,” என்று ராகுல் சாடியுள்ளார்.
பெகாசஸ் உளவு மென்பொருள் ஒரு நாட்டின் அரசுக்கு மட்டுமே விற்கப்படுவதால், பிரதமரும் உள்துறை அமைச்சரும் தவிர வேறு யாரும் அதனைப் பயன்படுத்த அனுமதி அளித்திருக்க முடியாது என்று அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
அதனால், இவ்விவகாரத்திற்குப் பொறுப்பேற்று அமித் ஷா தமது அமைச்சர் பதவியில் இருந்து விலக வேண்டும் என்றும் பிரதமர்க்கு எதிராக உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தின் மேற்பார்வையில் விசாரணை நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் வலியுறுத்தி இருக்கிறார்.
‘கைபேசியை ஒப்படையுங்கள்’
இந்நிலையில், தமது கைபேசி ஒட்டுக்கேட்கப்பட்டதாக ராகுல் காந்தி கருதினால் அதனை விசாரணை அமைப்பிடம் ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் இந்திய தண்டனைச் சட்டப் பிரிவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் உரிய விசாரணை மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் என்றும் பாஜக பேச்சாளர் ராஜ்யவர்தன் சிங் ரத்தோர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
நாடு வளர்ச்சி அடைவதைப் பொறுத்துக்கொள்ள முடியாமல்தான் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியினர் அடிக்கடி நாடாளுமன்றச் செயல்பாடுகளை முடக்கி வருகின்றனர் என்றும் அவர் சொன்னார்.
