Six by Nicol has enlisted the help of award-winning cheesemonger Stephen Sweet for its latest venture The Glasgow restaurant chain Six by Nico is to launch a pop-up cheese shop in the city's west end ahead of a new venture on the same site. The firm, which has restaurants world-wide, will open The Cheese Club at the site of the former Fopp record shop on Byres Road.
