The Sheriff’s Office said it began investigating Rowlinson last month after two people came forward to report alleged incidents from the summer of 2014, when both were less than 13 years old. The accusations include claims that Rowlinson had sexual intercourse with one of the two while exposing the other to sexual contact. “Further details of this case are being withheld to protect the victims,” said Livingston County Sheriff Thomas J.
