MONTERREY, Mexico & DUISBURG, Germany, August 01, 2023--Following the approval of the respective antitrust authorities, Klöckner & Co has closed the acquisition of National Material of Mexico ("NMM"), a leading independent service center and materials supplier serving automotive and industrial end markets in North America with ten facilities throughout Mexico. The transaction was signed in December 2022 and was made through Klöckner & Co’s U.S. subsidiary, Kloeckner Metals Corporation ("KMC").
