"Tragedy into triumph"; proceeds from The Who concert will have a lasting impact
P.E.M. Memorial honors three of the 11 victims killed outside of TQL before The Who performed in 1979. All three attended Finneytown High School: Stephan Preston, Jackie Eckerle, and Karen Morrison.
