The Wayne County Board met Thursday Evening in the Basement of the Wayne County Courthouse. In appointments, Randy Ellis was appointed to the board of directors for the Rural Fairfield Fire District while Steve Deitz was named to the Orchardville Fire Protection District to fill the remaining term of Bill Lowry.
