Judge dismisses Eagle Nation Cycles lawsuit against Neenah police, ending legal saga

City attorney says the ruling vindicates "the brave men and women who served as law enforcement officers for the citizens of Neenah that fateful day."
The two sides — the hostages as plaintiffs and Neenah police and the city as defendants — had agreed to mediation, which was scheduled for March 14.
All other actions concerning the 2015 standoff and fatal shooting at Eagle Nation Cycles have been denied or dismissed.
