A GIANT warehouse earmarked for sloping farmland near junction 26 of the M62 motorway has been described as “a monolith” that is “totally inappropriate” for the surrounding area. The warehouse and distribution facility near Cleckheaton, which has been linked to online retailer Amazon, could provide 1,500 jobs.
