Water was going to stop. Right now its about a foot below entering the basement. Reporter Officials Say the river crested friday morning at 33 feet. One foot above flood stage. But that was enough to put neely road under water, cutting off more than a dozen homes. Right now they are pretty much stuck. One road in, one road out.
