Steven Bois, a former harbor commissioner who was appointed harbormaster in March, has been promoted to executive director of the waterfront. The town council unanimously appointed Bois to the position at its meeting Monday. “Happy to make that appointment,” said Mary Meagher, vice president of the council. “I think you’ll be a terrific executive director.”
