Feb 2, 2021 LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Ryan Mathew Hoschar, 24, Boston Street, Washingtonville, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of violating a protection order, burglary, endangering children, drug abuse instruments, obstructing official business and drug paraphernalia. On Jan. 21, Hoschar entered the New Waterford home of Carly Williams, who had a protection order against him.
