A three-year-old boy tripped on a tuft of grass while feeding the ducks and fell headfirst into a canal where he tragically drowned, a coroner heard today. Dylan Milsom was swept downstream after toppling into the fast flowing water of the Kennet and Avon Canal in Newbury, Berkshire, on a family day out on Saturday, March 13, just before Mother's Day.
