Action took place in a special meeting of the Sheridan County Library System board Monday night. Cameron Duff, who’s director of the library system, said Smiley replaces Connie Fiedor, who is retiring effective Wednesday. Bruce Garber, who’s broker/owner of the company, said the donations come from Century 21 agents.
