Incumbent seeks re-election to second term

Joshua Stimeling has announced his intent to run for a second term of office as Juniata County Sheriff.
Stimeling was born and raised in Juniata County and currently lives in Evendale. He is married to Bryttani (Ehrenzeller) Stimeling and he and his wife have three children.
Stimeling attends first Central Baptist Church in Millerstown and was first elected as a Republican to fill the office of Juniata County Sheriff in 2018 and says he has tried to implement positive changes in the community.
Stimeling said he has taken steps to make the office of sheriff efficient, proactive and to make the community a safer place through firearm safety, drug prevention and other efforts. ....
