Carson City area holiday tradition: Tiffani and Bailee's 11th annual sealed toy drive
Tiffani Barber was diagnosed with Stage Four Glioblastoma brain cancer on Dec. 8, 2012. For those who did not know Tiffani, all she ever wanted to do was help people. She carried water and snacks in her car to give to the homeless and people less fortunate than her.
