Jan 25, 2021 YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County Convention and Visitors Bureau hopes to promote positive attitudes for the new year with a second photo-based activity. The bureau has launched a second “Snapshots of Youngstown” activity. This one encourages people to “get a fresh start in 2021” by submitting a photo showing “how you are starting the year off right.” Participants can win a $50 gift card to a Mahoning County restaurant.
