Gap Employees Designed This New Black History Month Collection, and We Want It All Gap recently announced they've joined Aurora James' 15 Percent Pledge as an advocacy partner committed to amplifying Black voices, and to increasing the internship, externship, apprenticeship, and training for Black employees.
