Law enforcement searched the defendant's apartment on May 22 and seized the firearm, ammunition, and an Anderson Manufacturing AM15 rifle.

Terrence McCray, 22, was sentenced to 24 months in prison followed by 2 years of supervised release, according to U.S. Attorney's Office Northern District of Indiana.
