Laramie High School Competes at Three State Championships It’s state championship weekend for three Laramie High School teams with Nordic skiing, wrestling, and boys’ indoor track attending culminating events. The Wyoming High School Nordic Skiing State Championships and the Wyoming High School State Wrestling Championships are in Casper, while the Wyoming High School Indoor Track State Championships for the boys are in Gillette. Plainsmen Wrestling Flattens Bulldogs, 60-21 The first home dual was a successful one on Thursday night for the Laramie Plainsmen wrestling team, who beat Wheatland 60-21. Laramie (7-4) won five matches by fall and took advantage of five forfeits to beat the Bulldogs. In addition, the two schools had several exhibition matches after the ‘official’ dual was finished.
