Police look on as Rangers fans stream into Glasgow city centre streets on Saturday. Many officers were later to come under attack. I HAVE just read Kevin McKenna’s scathing comments regarding Police Scotland and its response to recent public order situations ("Poverty and political failure lie at the heart of violence", The Herald, May 17).
