HILLSVILLE — The Carroll Christmas Fund announced this week that volunteers are once again prepared to help out their neighbors this holiday season. Volunteers will meet again this year in Hillsville to sort and pack food boxes, providing hundreds of children in the Twin County community with necessities and toys for Christmas. "We are in full swing of taking applications, ordering food and accepting donations," Program Administrator DeAnn Smith explained.
