Counting for the elections for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly is still ongoing with a ‘discrepancy in the results’ from Cornwall holding up the process. Ballots begun to be counted at 9.30am on Monday, but more than eight hours later, results from Cornwall were still outstanding.
