Delay for mental eval of ex-Port Jeff woman in fatal shove
A long-awaited psychological report on Lauren Pazienza, accused of the shove that killed a 87-year-old voice coach in lower Mahattan last year, will be ready in about three more weeks, putting talk of a plea deal on hold, prosecutors said.
