Janet Beth Gallup Janet Beth Gallup, 70, of Chambersburg, Pa., passed away on May 9, 2021 at her residence, surrounded by her family and friends. She was born to parents Paul L. Robb and Claire Harris Robb, on Jan. 1, 1951 in Lock Haven. Janet holds the distinguished title of being the first female baby born on New Year’s Day in 1951. She graduated from Lock Haven High School in 1968 and the Erie school districts LPN program in 1982. She then went on to study nursing at Edinboro University and graduated with an RN, BSN in 2000.
