May 5, 2021 When Peter Frampton's third marriage ended, he moved back to Nashville, which is where he lived before that third trip down the aisle landed him in Cincinnati. And having had his own studios before, he built another one there. It's named Studio Phenix, which is the nickname of his Gibson Les Paul, the one on the cover of Frampton Comes Alive. He calls it that because it was found 30 years after it was thought to have been lost in plane crash, so it's like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. Frampton recorded his last two albums in the studio -- 2019's
