On Sept. 8, Amber-Joi Watkins and Celine Domalski will walk in a fashion show ahead of New York Fashion Week that highlights disability representation on the runway. Since Domalski was diagnosed with the most severe form of spinal muscular atrophy as a baby, Watkins has been advocating for further research and treatment into the rare genetic disease, which saved her child's life.
The Unhidden project gives disabled people accurate avatars, so they can look like themselves in virtual worlds and across Web3.
