Peninsula Treviso Bay surpasses 60 percent sold mark

Every home in Peninsula Treviso Bay overlooks a lake and the finishing holes of the community’s TPC golf course.
Imperial Homes of Naples LLC, one of Southwest Florida’s most experienced and universally respected luxury home builders, has announced its community of Peninsula Treviso Bay has surpassed the 60 percent sold mark.
According to Curtis Gunther, Owner and General Contractor of Imperial Homes of Naples, of the original 55 homesites in Peninsula, 34 have now been sold.
“The pace of sales in Peninsula Treviso Bay has simply been phenomenal, especially in just that last month or so,” said Gunther. “In fact, we recorded seven sales from late November through December.
