Tracker mortgage Inquiry meets to thrash out legal issues
An Inquiry underway in Dublin has heard that the Central Bank believes that between January 2009 to April 2010 Permanent TSB only gave a favourable tracker rate to borrowers who complained or queried the interest they were being charged after coming off a temporary fixed deal.
