Cultural competency within each one of those cultures. On the lgbt issues, and i think that part of it is or was demonstrated by the only limited success that the task force had in reaching out to the russian communities and others in getting response back. And so i think that we need to very, and we need to really focus on cultural competency in communities that may discriminate within their own culture.
