However, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, doctors have also suggested a need to be extra cautious as the wide range of adverse effects caused by COVID-19 infection is not limited to lungs only.
It can affect the kidneys, brain, liver and can even cause sepsis or disseminated disease in the body.
