SINGAPORE — Two Singaporeans previously detained under the Internal Security Act (ISA) have been released from detention and put on Restriction Orders (RO), while the same orders on four other Singaporean were allowed to lapse upon their expiry.
Restriction orders issued against four other Singaporeans were allowed to lapse as they showed good progress in their rehabilitation, says the Internal Security Department.
