The City of South Portland, Maine is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultant teams to prepare the City’s updated Comp Plan. The RFP is available on the City's website. The selected consultant will work with City staff; the Comprehensive Plan Committee (CPC); other committees, boards, and commissions; the City Council; and the public, to update the 2012 Comprehensive Plan.
