Jul 7, 2021 The Ohio Development Services Agency and Ross County Community Action will help income-eligible Ohioans stay cool during the hot summer months. The Home Energy Summer Crisis Program provides eligible Ohioan’s assistance paying an electric bill or assistance paying for central air-cooling repairs. The program runs from July 1, 2021, until September 30, 2021. To apply for the program, clients are required to schedule an appointment with Ross County Community Action.
