Twin Cities man killed in head-on crash in Sumter Township The crash happened Wednesday evening. Author: A 35-year-old man was killed in a head-on crash west of the Twin Cities Wednesday evening. Somelith Larry Silavong, of Brooklyn Park, was heading westbound on Highway 212 in Sumter Township just before 9:30 p.m., according to the State Patrol's incident report.
