Drive Thru Sock Hop set for Feb. 27
Madison American Legion Auxiliary sponsoring event to benefit homeless veterans, homeless shelters and others in need.

Madison American Legion Auxiliary is sponsoring Drive Thru Sock Hop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at Madison American Legion on 20 Maple St., at the back entrance facing Reny’s.
The auxiliary seeks new socks for homeless veterans, homeless shelters and others in need; mens, womens, teenagers, children — warm socks and every day socks.
Auxiliary members will be outside to collect donations while listening to 50’s and 60’s music.
Those who cannot make the sock hop, drop off boxes will be located at Reny’s and Family Dollar in Madison as well as at Sun Rayz Tanning & Hair Salon at 171 Waterville Road in Skowhegan.
