The stall which will be based opposite The Works in Victoria Court celebrates Taiwanese Bubble Tea Culture. Bubble CiTea serves fresh fruit tea, milk tea and crushed Ice drinks. Customers can order a range flavours of Fruit Teas, Milk Teas and toppings that can be mixed and matched. The company’s signature drink is the 'dirty milk tea'. The cup is lined with a coating of 'brown sugar with their traditional tapioca pearls, signature blend of black tea, and topped with fresh milk'.
