What’s the story behind it? Along with his signature brews, Lawson regularly unveils a new IPA as part of his Super Session series. Each beer in the series is brewed with a single unique hop. The latest of those brews came out this week. Super Session #5 is made with Cashmere hops. “As the name would imply, it’s softer,” Lawson said of the mouth feel of the beer that’s available through May in Lawson’s nine-state distribution network.
