According to a Minnesota State Patrol report:  "The Chevrolet Silverado was traveling at a high rate of speed in the Super Stop parking lot and struck the pedestrian as she was leaving the store."   The State Patrol identified the victim as 72-year-old Gloria Rosekrans.
