Richland Rams students are heading back to classrooms. Citing a downward trend in COVID-19 cases in Cambria County and across the commonwealth, Superintendent Arnold Nadonley and Director of Educational Services Brandon Bailey said the school district returns to partial in-person instruction Jan. 5. They plan to use a hybrid model that alternates which days the students will attend to limit class sizes. However, there is a possibility that we return to a full instructional model prior to that if conditions improve locally, the Richland School District administrators said in the written statement. The extension applies to all grade levels and comes just days before the districts were set to bring students back.
