Police confirmed the deaths of a woman, 28, man, 29, and a girl, four, who is believed to be their daughter, after a house fire at the property in Clayton Road in the St David's area of Exeter, Devon.
Three other children are being treated in hospital following the blaze in Exeter early on Sunday.
