Graves County Circuit Judge Kevin Bishop has denied a motion seeking a temporary restraining order and a temporary injunction against the Graves County Schools Board of Education regarding Lowes Elementary School. LOWES — The Graves County Board of Education opened its meeting Thursday to a crowd of Lowes community members, who turned out in support of their local elementary school.
