The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission on Thursday warned the Lower Dauphin School District that no act of racial intimidation should be tolerated. The agency extended an offer to provide training to faculty and staff.
Many in attendance Monday night implored the Lower Dauphin School Board to take proactive steps in addressing and dealing with reports of relentless racial intimidation in the schools.
