Impassioned pleas and accusations of money-mongering failed to alter the course of the proposed Valley Logistics Park, a controversial warehouse project in Maxatawny Township. When it came right down to it, the township supervisors' conditional approval Wednesday of a preliminary plan on the project was pretty much a matter of law. Though her explanation was interrupted by shouts from residents opposed to the project, township solicitor Elizabeth A.
