ATTENTION TAXPAYERS: NOTICE OF PROPERTY TAX INCREASE OF $10,000 Resolution for Opt Out The Governing Board of Mitchell Township states that the above said board must opt out to qualify to participate in the Rural Access Infrastructure Fund Program. The Rural Access Infrastructure Fund was passed by the 2021 South Dakota legislature and will provide funds to repair, replace or renovate small rural township structures (small bridges or culverts with an opening of 16 square feet or more).
