Sign vandal case continued as judge steps aside in Chester County
Magisterial District Judge Martin Goch on Tuesday announced that he had decided to recuse himself from hearing the matter involving Paul Linkmeyer because of connections that he and his wife have with one of the alleged victims in the case, township Supervisor Shaun Walsh.
