"A study on the forming of microchannels by micro rolling of copper foi" by Jingwei Zhao, Peichen Wang et al. - Vimarsana News

"A study on the forming of microchannels by micro rolling of copper foi" by Jingwei Zhao, Peichen Wang et al.

Copper microchannels have been attracting more and more attention due to the increasing demands for multifunctional microcomponents in the field of micromanufacturing. In the present work, the forming of microchannels on copper foils was studied by micro rolling. Copper foils with the thickness of 0.1 mm were selected and annealed at 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800 °C for 10 min prior to micro rolling, and the formability and quality of microchannels were systematically investigated. The results show that an optimal annealing temperature of 500 °C is beneficial to the forming of microchannels wit...

"Study of the Tribological Properties of Nano-TiO2 Additive Water-Based" by Linan Ma, Xiaoguang Ma et al. - Vimarsana News

"Study of the Tribological Properties of Nano-TiO2 Additive Water-Based" by Linan Ma, Xiaoguang Ma et al.

Water-based nanolubricants with different concentrations of TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared and the wettability and viscosity were evaluated. The results show that the addition of TiO2 nanoparticles improves the lubrication performance during microrolling of ultrathin stainless steel foils. In addition, the viscosity decreases dramatically with the increase in the concentration of nanoparticles, which was related to the change of dispersing agent concentration. Microrolling tests were performed to explore the lubrication conditions during microrolling of ultrathin stainless-steel strips, and ...
