Kewanee man arrested on multiple charges, child pornography Susan DeVilder Star Courier KEWANEE — An investigation by the Kewanee Police Department led to the arrest of a Kewanee man on Tuesday, according to a press release issued Thursday.  On Feb. 2, the KPD concluded an investigation of suspected child pornography and solicitcation of a minor. Arrested was Jeremy Debord, 39 of Kewanee.  The police received an initial complaint from the Department of Child and Family Services on Dec. 21. 2020.
